Anyone who’s in town is welcome to join Mel & Tim for casual drinks at a fun, trendy, rooftop bar in Downtown Austin. There’s a taco stand in the bar if you come hungry! (0.9 miles from the Hyatt)

4 - 5:30pm - Hyatt Regency | Welcome Greetings

5:30 - 5:50pm - Capital Cruises Dock | Final Boarding Call!

The boat will depart at 6pm SHARP. Please ensure you’re on board before then.

Parking Note: If you’re driving to Capital Cruises, please allow extra time as their parking lot is under construction. We recommend paid parking in the Hyatt Regency hotel garage.
6 - 8pm - Capital Cruises | Sunset River Cruise

8pm - 10pm - Hyatt Regency | Lobby Bar Hang Out

We will be hanging out at the lobby bar after the boat cruise, come swing by and say hi before the big day!

Shuttle pickup from the Hyatt Regency to the Hummingbird House. Everyone is welcome on the shuttle, you do not have to be staying at the hotel! Meet in the lobby for shuttle pickup.
4:30pm - Hummingbird House | Ceremony Start Time

The main event! Please arrive no later than 4:15pm to ensure a prompt start time so we can get the party going!

9pm - Hummingbird House | Early Shuttle Back to Hyatt

Although we want you to party all night, for convenience there will be an early shuttle departing the venue at 9pm back to the Hyatt Regency
10:50pm - Hummingbird House | Grand Exit + Load Shuttles

We’re already sad it’s over! Post- wedding, we will board shuttles back to the Hyatt Regency
11:30pm - Austin Garden and Studio | Afterparty!

Grab some breakfast from the cafe and come say bye or hang out in the lobby with us while we recover from the best party ever
Noon - 4pm - Barton Springs Pool | Post-Wedding Swim

Come enjoy the crown jewel of Austin/Tim’s and Mel’s favorite place in town! Swim in the refreshing water and relax on the grass. We’ll have some blankets and chairs (***weather dependent)

Note: they do not allow any coolers, food, or drinks inside the pool area so we recommend eating before
Backup Plan - If not swimming weather, we will be hanging out at Central Machine Works or Pins Mechanical during the same time frame.
